Motivating People to Success

Confidence and saying what’s on her mind have never been an issue for Janeen Vosper. Always willing to stand up for what she believed in, be an advocate for the underdog. Questioning everything, no matter the consequences.

Since leaving school at 15, Janeen has had a range of jobs; doing everything from retail to Personal Training to Business Management. With each job, Janeen learnt new skills and built upon the ones she had already. Discovering that she loves interacting with people; enjoying communicating with customers and building connections.

As a General Manager for 20 years, she helped expand the business and significantly increase the company’s profit.

“It’s all about creating relationships, following through and solving problems … I remember one of my mentors saying all gifts will be wrapped in problems. You have to solve those problems before you can receive the gift or reward”, Janeen stated.

Since moving to Logan in 1980, Janeen truly integrated herself into the community. Finding a passion for empowering women; not only in business but in their everyday lives.

Janeen constantly works to improve her skills and encourages others to do so as well. By taking part and organising multiple mentoring programs, training sessions and Mastermind conferences (a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members), Janeen is helping to provide people with the tools to possess the confidence and business know-how to take you to the next level.

“If you can’t change things focus on what you can control”

In addition to this, Janeen is also a part of Powertalk Australia; a not-for-profit public speaking group that teaches people the art of public speaking.

“By teaching professional speaking, it encourages people to take the steps to leave their confinement of anxiety,” Janeen stated.

Janeen loves to see the progress the people she has helped in their journey of empowerment, watching them and their businesses take off. She looks forward to helping more women find their true calling and motivating them to success.
